We provide standalone service or will work with your existing project management team as the technical subject matter expert, using our industry experience and expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management. WHAT WE PROVIDE Provide technical expertise for product introduction, testing, integration, upgrade/retrofit and acceptance. Provide documents/presentations for technical activities and clarifications of critical issues. Ensure timely project delivery, meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company. Assist in hiring and training of existing and additional support members of your team. Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation. ​​35+ years of technical engineering and deployment experience in the LAN/WAN networking, data center, security, voice, and legacy data in the Information Technology and Operational Technology field.
